Feeling bummed. I've been doing pretty well with the nutrition, but I did slip this weekend. I have just been so hungry the past few days. I haven't gained weight, but I didn't lose either.
I picked up my uncle's 10 lbs weights yesterday, and I've had a tension neck ache/migraine since. Doing ice and heat along with aspirin and ibprofren. I hate being fragile. (I had lifted 20lbs the Tuesday before just fine.)
Just feeling discouraged. I know that I am doing the right things, but pain and stress trigger over-eating. Over-eating triggers self disappointment.
Anyone have any fitness suggestions for someone who has been struggling with chronic pain from neck and ankle injuries?
