I love to walk. Today I walked 40 minutes. I did not walk like I usually do yesterday. It is really great to exercise.
I walked 35 minutes today even if my foot was hurting me a little bit because of arthritis. It made me feel awesome!
I did a fast 30 minute walk and it felt awesome!
