I always try to eat my food slowly. It is not good to eat food fast. I try to slowdown and enjoy the taste of my food.
1. Took a walk for 1 hour.
2. Keeping my weight down.
3. Got in touch with the car insurance company for my husband Joe, because my son got his driver's license yesterday.
I am walking more than I use too, and it feels great.
I want to keep the weight off. I don't want to gain it back again.
I am going to keep watching what I eat.
