I always try to eat my food slowly. It is not good to eat food fast. I try to slowdown and enjoy the taste of my food.

2. Keeping my weight down.
3. Got in touch with the car insurance company for my husband Joe, because my son got his driver's license yesterday.
I am walking more than I use too, and it feels great.
