I am a little sore from the first workout video in my challenge. My backside is sore. That is such a good thing because I do not have a bottom. What I mean is that I have one of those flat bottoms that cause my pants to slide off. Now if you are thinking that "I wish I had that problem" don't ! I have a large tummy and it is almost impossible to look good in a pair of pants, let alone have them stay in place. I am forever pulling up my trousers. I welcome the soreness as this is the path to a new and rounded, toned bottom.
