I worked very hard through the entire Christmas Break to ensure I got in my exercise of at least 1 hour every single day for 2 weeks now! I look forward to my time to myself and truly believe that it has helped me stay calm. This week, I have added to my success. I am using the SP meal plan for the whole week, and today, the 2nd day in, I have stuck to the plan, just as I did yesterday. I am thinking positive and remembering that I am not on a diet, but am changing my lifestyle. I look for any opportunity to be active, and I feel great about it! I maintained my weight over the holidays, and am now back to losing. Yay me!
