Water was only 6 cups for me today, very, very rare do I ever drink such a small amount of water. I got lazy.

No sugar junk for Day 3 complete!

Only 3 veggies again. I need to clean and portion what I have in the fridge and go shopping too.

Laundry did not happen.

No squares.

Phone card done! No worries now until next May! Yay!

Kind of a crazy day yesterday, I didn't get as much accomplished during the day as I had hoped. My cardio happened at 9:30 last night! Hubby and I went on a surprise toy buying outing, left the kidlets with Grandparents. It really threw a wrench in the works. Also, I spent the afternoon chilling instead of working on housework, I really needed the down time.

Plan for Friday: 1 mile run(Day 5 running streak), 30 mins on Stationary bike, 20 mins ST

Drink 10 cups water.

Day 4 Sugar junk free

Eat at least 5 veggies



Sort through one box of basement junk.

Clean mirror in bathroom, I found the Windex finally!

    Your day sounds a lot like mine! Laundry, housework, decluttering stuff.....

If you can't find the Windex, just use a bit of vinegar and water..it does a great job!

Wednesday results and Thursday's plan

2 mile run done first thing after the kidlets went to school( Day 4 running streak complete). Then, 15 minutes on the elliptical, as the weather wasn't appropriate for Rollerblading, threw in a bonus 5 just for fun. 20 minutes Dumbbell ST complete right after that, then showered and off to work at the school. TA DA!

Finishing off Cup 10 of water right now.

No Sugar junk for Day 3 complete.

Only 3 veggies, starting to be more concious of this though.

Container cupboards organized! Yippee!

Laundry not complete (is it ever?) but I did get some accomplished.

Bathroom cleaned!

It is late at night again, sleep is getting sacrificed, not good. Need to complete tasks earlier in the day, so I can get to bed at a decent time tomorrow. Good news though, I only have my own shift to work at the school today for the first day this week I won't be at the school 4 different times, which will give me more time to commit to home.

Plan for Thursday: 1 mile run Wii Fit fun, not sure how much time.
Drink 10 cups of water.
Make it Day 4 sugar junk free.
Eat at least 5 veggies.
Spend time on laundry.
Make Rice Krispies squares.
Buy new phone card and activate.

Tuesday results and Wednesday's plan

4 mile run done, got it done this morning thank goodness, because the rest of my day was madness it was so busy.

Drank 10 cups of water.

No sugar junk for Day 2 complete.

I have to admit that I didn't do so well on the veggies.

I was go go go all day and all night. I have lots of stuff to do for tomorrow, and I should throw in a load of wash to switch in the morning, but I am burnt. I bought a whack load of lock n lock containers today, I am sick of searching to pack the kids lunches, and to put away fresh fruits and vegetable so they will last longer and actually get eaten! I got them all washed up, they are ready to be organized, gotta get rid of some of the old broken matchless containers cluttering up my cupboards.

Plan for Wednesday: 2 mile run 20 minute dumbbell routine 10 mins elliptical or Rollerblading WP
Drink 10 cups water
Make it Day 3 sugar free.
Eat plenty of veggies.
Organize container cupboards.
Complete laundry.
Clean the bathroom.

Today's results and tomorrow's plan

Monday, May 10, 2010

1 mile run done, Day 2 complete. 45 minutes aerobics done. 20 minute Dumbbell routine done.

Bonus: 18 minutes bike riding to and from work.

Drank 12 cups of water.

No sugar for Day 1 complete!

All in all, Monday was a good day for me. It is almost midnight though, and I just completed my workouts. A grade 8 student at my kidlets' school took his life on Saturday, there was a lot of time spent talking about this today with my friends and family, as well as my children. Neither of my kidlets knew the boy, but it is something that weighs very heavy on our hearts today. There has been some mention that one of the contributing factors in his situation was bullying, and it just breaks my heart. His family is in my heart tonight, and our school is deeply mourning his loss. I tell ya, I have hugged my babies umpteen times today. I don't want to bring you guys down at all, but remember to treasure every moment we have with our loved ones, and let them know how important they are to us, and that we are there if they ever need help.

Plan for Tuesday: 4 mile run
Drink 10 cups of water.
Make it Day 2 sugar free.
Eat plenty of veggies.

    Wow-you have an awesome plan and are doing so well. Bullying is becoming an epidemic in this country and we all need to be aware of it and talk to our children and grandchildren about it. It's so sad for all those involved.

I'm keeping that young man and his family in my prayers as well as all of those affected.

You are quite an inspiration with all of your plans and goals. Keep up the good work!!

    So very sad about this young man. I will keep his family, friends and school in my prayers. I just can't imagine what his family is going through.

Happy Mother's Day!

I love my family, they are so thoughtful and generous. With Daddy's supervision, my two kidlets served me waffles for brekky with table syrup and chocolate milk! Mmmmmm...... I got to have a total of almost 6 miles running today, and my hubby took us out for dinner, so I didn't have to cook! Now, tomorrow, I have to get down to business, it's payback time as Tommy Europe would say!

Day 1 of my running streak complete!

Plan for Monday: 1 mile run(for Day 2 of my streak), 45 minutes aerobics, 20 minute Dumbbell routine from SP.
Drink 10 cups of water.
Make it Day 1 sugar free.
