I have had a wonderful weekend so far, with today being the bonus day for this long weekend. It is great to have an extra day to sleep in, not have to make lunches for anyone, and just relax and hang with the family. I have done very well with my food, stayed in my range Saturday and Sunday, plus burning lots of calories with cardio, but my sodium has been super high. Hence, this morning, the scale informed me that I am up a little bit. Usually, at this point, I give up and eat my weight right back up. I WILL NOT GIVE UP this time. I understand this slight gain, it is sodium, my body adjusting to my new calorie range and the weight I lost last week, plus, I still have my TOM, which always does wacky things to my body. I need to stay focused, keep eating healthy food to achieve my calorie range, and stay active. I need to watch my sodium intake, drink tons of water to wash it out of my system, and make sure that I don't get discouraged. I have a ton of challenges going on with my Spark Teams right now and I don't want to let my teams down, so I will keep logging the points for those and that will help me stay accountable too! Plus, I have to get back to my daily results/plan blogs again. I will get through this usual red flag time for me, and come out the other side down a pound or two.

I ended up running 3 miles today, did my 30 mins rollerblading, but my tank is empty, I will do the ST tomorrow.
Cookies tomorrow too, not sure how to handle the brown sugar in the recipe so I can eat them, or if I just allow myself, but honestly, that doesn't go with the whole no sugar junk kick I'm on! I might make them just for my kids, and find another option for myself.
I did put away a bit of laundry today, but not everything.
The bathroom will have to wait until tomorrow too.
Fussed with my scrapbook page, got some stuff done, but it isn't complete.
My whole day today felt rushed, I was not organized as well as I wanted to be. I spent the afternoon at the school watching Jump Rope For Heart and taking pics. Another day where I am so glad I got my cardio in early! I am totally tired tonight. I am going to finish my cup of tea and be in bed by 10pm.

Awesome run with my BFF, 1 mile run done.
Ate food as planned, went really well.
Got a ton of laundry done, almost completely put away too!
Mom got home safely.
JUNK BOX 2 is cleaned up finally! Yay yay yippee yay!
Container cupboard tidied.
I actually got to relax a little, the whole day was not run run run, go go go. But, Friday is back to super duper busy again. My run with my BFF was totally awesome, we are going to do it again next week. I am totally loving my lifestyle right now, the calorie range I am in works really well for me, and all of my exercise is keeping me happy and able to handle my stress.
Plan for Friday: Run 1 mile, 30 mins rollerblading, Dumbbell ST routine
Make some banana oatmeal cookies with Splenda if possible
Laundry, as always
Clean the bathroom
Complete 1 scrapbook page, then tidy dining room table.

Day 11 running streak done, aerobics was awesome, and counted ST at the end as my second ST this week, skipped dumbbell routine, no time!
Day 10 Sugar free! Yippee! (TMI, even though I got my TOM today, no cravings at ALL!)
Tracked and stayed in range!
Laundry still not happening, but dinner dishes got done, even though it took me two hours to get all of the dishes caught up!
No junk box again.
Another awesome busy day, got a lot of prep work done with veggies, some awesome soup, and stuff for our awesome Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo dinner this eve. It was so worth all of the work! My workout this morning was incredible, dripping sweat, and even did side plank!
Plan for Thursday: Run with BFF, then 1 mile run. This will entail my entire cardio for the day.
Stick to food already planned out for the day, will keep me in my range.
Laundry of course.
Say goodbye to my Mom, she has been so helpful!

Day 10 of running streak complete, 1 treadmill mile early in the day.
Day 9 sugar junk free complete
7 veggies total! Yippee, I think I finally have this one under control.
I did track food all day, and thought I had stayed mid range, but then this morning I found a note I left for myself to track Trader Joe dried fruit for 130 calories. Oh well, at least I stayed in range anyway!
Laundry - got more washed, but no time to put any away.
Dishes - da da da da DONE! completely finished before I went to bed, YAY! Thanks Mom!
that darn JUNK BOX 2 is still not done! I am going to do it today, and I will also set a new task anyway.
I did smile quite a bit, and last night I even went for a 10 minute outdoor walk because the evening was so nice, and I just wanted some fresh air.
Very busy day, and dinner got mixed up because my afternoon plans ran over into the evening and the dinner I had planned would have taken too long to prepare. We did a wing it night and worked it out. Last night Shrimp fettucine alfredo will happen tonight instead! I was pretty tired last night, and there was no night owl going on at my house last night!
Plan for Wednesday: 1 mile run for Day 11 of running streak, aerobics and strength training.
