5 mile run done, plus a bonus 1 mile run in the afternoon. ST done, tough one again, especially the reverse flys on the ball.
Dishes are not done, I did work on them though. No laundry.
No yard work done.
Bathroom not clean.
We had unplanned guests for dinner tonight, and it really threw my plan off. I made sure to get in my exercise though! It was so nice to see them, and we had a really wonderful BBQ dinner with them. All healthy except for the cupcakes they brought. Knowing ahead of time that they were bringing them, I was able to throw together a quick fruit salad as a healthy dessert option, which really saved me when the chocolate iced chocolate cupcakes came out! I did my main run quite late, it was dark when I completed. It was a nice change, but not my favourite time of day to run, I like getting it done early.
1 mile run, lower ST, 1 hour rollerblade
Dishes, laundry as usual.
15 minutes of yard work.
Start cleaning up the trailer.

My run was over 1 mile, I got to run a trail run with my running buddy, it was sooooo much fun. We were running at a very slow pace, but the uneven terrain and up and down trail really revved up my heart rate. I got my core ST done, it was tough! I tried the Wheelbarrow walk with a flexibility ball, and it was very challenging! I love a good challenge.
My dishes are almost caught up, but I have to head to bed as soon as I post this blog, so they won't get completely done. Got the wash onto the line and back off again when it was dry. I have one other load in the wash that I will switch to the dryer before heading to bed.
I spent 90 minutes working in the front garden today! It is still not done, but I had to cook dinner and was just done in, no more energy. I got some wood chips moved into one area of the front garden. That was enough yard work for the day!
Sunday plan: 5 mile run, upper ST.
Keep up the dishes so I don't have a huge backlog again. 1 load of laundry.
Work on front garden and hopefully get it done.
Clean the bathroom.

Thursday I ran my mile, and had a very slow interval run with my BFF, it was so stinkin hot! Did dishes, but didn't complete them, and did 1 load of washing, but it only made it to the dryer, not folded and put away yet. Front garden got started, but not until after 9 pm tonight, soon the bugs joined me and the sun left me, so I stopped. Lots more to do, there's always tomorrow!
Friday: Crazy busy day. Running errands all day long, shopping all the grocery specials, and I also bought myself some much needed footwear. I got 2 new pairs of running shoes, identical size 9 mens Reebok shoes on sale at Sport Mart for $40 each, but it was BOGO! I got em both for $60 plus tax! The other shoes I found earlier in the day at another store were $80! I was pretty happy with my deal. Then, I bought 4 new pairs of sandals, 1 purple, 1 brown, and 2 black (one for back up). They also are identical other than colour. I have a very hard time buying shoes. I wear orthotics, so sandals have to have a "heel" to hold them in place. PLUS, I have pretty big feet, I need a 10 in a lot of shoes. It is very difficult to find attractive shoes in my size. When I find em, I buy as many as I can! Hence, the men's running shoes that actually fit me, and aren't totally ugly, but honestly, I really WANT pink running shoes! When I am rich, maybe I will be able to find them and afford them, in the mean time, I will go with what I can afford!
Also, I got an extra shift at work today, so I had no time for exercise until after dinner. I got in my 3 mile run, ended up getting rained on a little during the cool down at which point I just started running again to get home! I couldn't dodge the rain drops and got a wee bit wet, but no big deal, I have run in the rain before! I was just glad I was wearing my old worn out running shoes, and not my new ones! When I got home I did a huge strength training routine I had set up for myself in the Strength Training manage workouts section available in the Fitness Tracker. I love this option, it makes it so easy to customize a workout for whatever I want to target. This particular routine I titled Full Body, and just included 2 sets of 15 for each of 15 exercises, with a variety focusing on each of the 3 important muscle sets. It was a fun workout! Then, I did 15 mins on the elliptical for some extra calorie burn. Gotta get to bed soon!
Saturday plan: 1 mile run, core ST. Maybe a run with a friend.
Dishes for sure, re wash the laundry in my washing machine then hang it to dry instead of leaving it in the washing machine all day again.......
Garden at front of house completed, and do side garden as well.
Start moving wood chips into front garden.
Do as much yard work as I can.

Ran 1 mile, 18 day streak. Rollerbladed for 60 minutes, ST complete, bonus bike ride to work and back, plus 10 mins warm up aerobics.
Almost 1900 cals for the day to compensate for high calorie burn.
Dishes didn't get done, or laundry , or yard work, a friend stopped by unexpectedly and we visited for the entire time I should hae been working. There is always tomorrow!
Thursday plan: 1 mile solo run, and interval run with BFF for 1 hour.
Dishes, 1 load of laundry, garden at front of house weeded.

So, I have been slacking in the results/plan blogs over the long weekend, but, my effort has been there in my days nonetheless. It's time to get back to it now.
Plan for Wednesday: Run 2 miles, rollerblade for 30 mins, ST
1700 calories target for the day.
Finish the dishes, do 1 load of laundry.
Work in my gardens.
