I have been away, done some camping, and I have 6 rebound pounds to lose. I lost 3 of the 9 I regained while I was away, now I am going to blast the lats 6 over the next two weeks.
Rollerblade for as long as I can handle, up to 1 hour, first thing in the morning.
Find Garmin charger and charge Garmin.
Eat 8-10 freggies, drink 10 cups of water at least.
Get 8 hours sleep.
Hang 1 load of wash, finish folding and putting away all other laundry.
Tidy two shelves in bedroom of eldest child to accomodate new toys, tidy off desk in room of youngest child.
Go to library.

Happy Thursday everyone! I started a running streak back in April, with the lofty plan of a 365 day streak. I didn't run yesterday. My body kept saying I got nothing left! Let me rest, PLEASE! I recognize some of the things that tell me I am overtraining, and to avoid getting pneumonia again like last summer, I decided to stop my streak. I managed 80 days! I am now going to rest for about a week, let my body recover, and when I return to running, I will do it a few times a week instead of every day. I will maintain my sugar junk free status (80 days so far), and I have also started a no diet soda streak, 3 days so far! I have gained 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks, most of it since last Friday. My eating has been indulgent and unhealthy. Today, I start eating right again, to fuel my body to heal itself and feel comfortable in my skin again. I have no internet access for about 2 weeks, so I won't be able to track my food here, or my fitness. However, I will write down what I eat, and make healthy choices. I expect to return here after my internet is back up and running with my weight maintained, or down somewhat. Keep working hard everyone, and I look forward to seeing progress upon my return!

I returned this evening from spending the weekend in Toronto with my Uncle and Aunt. We ate most meals out, and I did my best to choose wisely for those meals. We had sushi, freshly shucked oysters, bareka, smoked salmon on an omelette, many new experiences with food for me! We also spent much time walking, wandering around the beaches, Kensington Market, the PATH under the city and the Jazzfest. I got my 1 mile run in on Saturday morning on the boardwalk, it was really nice. My eating was crazy all weekend, with timing as well as type, and when I got home tonight I was nauseated and hungry. I know I went over my calories today, but tomorrow I will be tracking everything again and getting lots of freggies. Maybe shaking things up this weekend will help me break the plateau!

Oh boy, talk about a huge deficit. I usually keep on top of my deficit every day, check it before I go to bed and make sure it is under 1000 so I don't send myself into a feeding frenzy the next day. Well, I ate 1557 calories, and burned a ton. I check my deficit this morning, and it was 1257! Darn! Now, today, I will have to be very careful not to overeat.
I did my 5 mile run, upper ST, and swam with the kids.
Dishes got totally done, and were still cleaned up when I went to bed. Laundry didn't happen, I ended up playing with the kids instead. I didn't get out to shop for my fish dinner, so I had to use a different recipe, and sort of morph it a bit. Turned out okay though, because my kids loved it!
Eat 1550-1590 calories, keep my deficit below 1000.
3 mile treadmill run, 30 minutes on bike, core ST, swim with kidlets.
Keep the dishes caught up, Laundry, Laundry, Laundry!

I ate 1584 today, cutting it close again!
3 mile run got done, lower ST got done, short little swim with the kidlets in my running clothes right after my run.
Worked on the dishes, washed and dried two loads of laundry. No basement.
I was in a miserable mood today. Felt low energy all day, lazy, lazy, lazy. I was planning to skip my ST and do it tomorrow, which would have pushed me back a day for the whole week. Then, while I was watching Losing it With Jillian, I decided to give it a try. I gave up on the idea one more time before I finally said, darn it, I am going to get it done! Then, I went for a 10 minute swim in my pool with a giant frog/toad, not sure which one it was cause it was kinda dark out there. That sucker jumped clear out of the pool all on it's own! That was after I tried to clear it out with a pair of goggles and it swam through my legs, brushing me on the way by, and hiding at the bottom of the deep end! Eeeewwwwwww.......... Anyway, my stinky mood has finally lifted, and I am feeling pumped to get more out of tomorrow. Gonna make a schedule and stick to it! I am ready for bed, dressed in my running gear, so I can get up and run 5 miles on the treadmill to start the day off right... SO THERE! Huh!

5 mile run on treadmill, upper ST, swim with the kidlets.
Dishes, laundry, work on the basement with the kids, shop for fish dinner to prepare in the evening.
