Goal 1: Reach 180 pounds: I am down another .8, so I maintained and picked out a Christmas set from my reward stash.
Goal 2: Track: EVERYDAY, online, I got this one in!
Goal 3: Be active 30 minutes daily, at least 1 day a week with the kids:This one didn't happen in regards to the first one, I stopped exercising on Friday because I felt crummy, and after being diagnosed with swimmer's ear yesterday(severe in the left, mild to moderate in the right), I have still not been able to return to any activity. I was barely able to stand long enough to weigh myself this morning! I did reduce my calorie intake to account for this situation which accounts for the loss in weight. The second one definitely happened, the kids and I rode bikes together twice this week before I fell sick.
Goal 4 and 5: Inches and BMI: Monthly goals
Goal 6: Have lots of fun, kids included. This week was not the funnest one of the summer for sure, I have been quite grumpy actually.
Goal 7: Swim 3 times a week, kidlets included: I did swim once or twice, but I can't remember for sure.
Goal 8: Run 10K outside: I haven't run since last Monday, so once I am feeling better I will have to try out a short run outside.
Goal 9: Water: Check.
Goal 10: New Recipe: We made Turkey, black bean, brown rice tacos for dinner from the Biggest Loser calendar on Sunday night. They were a big hit with everyone, but a lot of work! When I make them next time, I will pre prep more of the ingredients.
So, I haven't felt the greatest for most of this week, but I didn't let that get in the way of working towards my weight loss goals. I just revamped my plan, and made the best of it! I look forward to being healthy again so I can get back to running and being active again!

Gaol 1: Reach 180 pounds: I am down 2.2 pounds this week to 188.8, so I am well on my way. I am totally thrilled to have reached my 190 mini goal, now to maintain it next week so I can pull out a new stamp set to play with!
Goal 2: Track: Okay, so I almost didn't achieve this one, but I ended up tracking Saturday on Sunday after all, and I was so pleased with myself. So, I met this goal for sure.
Goal 3: Be active, minimum 30 minutes daily, at least 1 day a week of including the kids in my activity: So, I took Saturday as a rest day from dedicated cardio, but I participated in a totally fun water fight with my kids at a birthday party, so I was still moving. I feel like I achieved this goal, especially the part about including my kids.
Goal 4 and Goal 5: Inches and BMI:Monthly goals
Goal 6: Have lots of fun, kids included: I had so much fun this week, spent a ton of time in the pool with the kids, and they had friends over lots. I took them to the community pool one night, and we took turns going off the diving boards, even the high one! I had challenged a friend that if I went off the high diving board, she should too. We both did it! Totally awesome.
Goal 7: Swim 3 times a week, kidlets included: Yup!
Goal 8: Run 10K outside: Okay, so I did my once weekly run last night, and it went terrific. My average speed was 4 mph, which has been a running mini goal in my head for a while. I am certainly working towards this goal. I even felt so good last night that I am considering adding one more short run day to my week. I will see how I feel around Thursday or Friday and decide then.
Goal 9: Water: I am drinking at least 10 a day with the heat we have been experiencing.
Goal 10: New recipe: Yup! Made shrimp lettuce wraps with the kids, they were terrific!
This week has been spectacular. Not only did I achieve all of my weekly goals, but I also made progress towards my monthly/6 week goals. Also, I got some major housework done. I have lots more to do, but I feel like I finally have some energy to spare again. It's so good to be healthy, and I totally appreciate it.

I am really struggling to get my exercise in this weekend. I skipped it yesterday, although I did participate in a radically fun water fight at a birthday party I attended with the kidlets. I will get it in today, just not sure when. Also, my eating has been horrendous this week. I need to be more prepared and plan ahead better.

Goal 1: 180 pounds I am down to 191 pounds today, so I finally reached my June goal! Yay! That took off 3.2 of the 3.6 pounds I gained last week, now I can work on new weight!
Goal 2: Track 100% Yup! Did it every day.
Goal 3: 30 daily cardio with kids once a week: I missed on the daily for Friday and Saturday I wasn't feeling well, but I spent a lot of time being active with the kids, more than once for sure.
Goal 4 and 5 are monthly goals
Goal 6: I had so much fun with the kids this week, my youngest is getting really good with the bike, and we did laps at the campground on the weekend. We also went on a walk to some caves and explored a little bit that was awesome, plus my hubby got in on the action too! Loved it.
Goal 7: Swim 3 times with kids too: Okay, so our pool was closed for most of the week after someone pooped in it at my eldest childs FAMILY birthday party, so not much swimming, but I got in once!
Goal 8: I ran on Monday where we camped, but the hills were everywhere, and I just could not deal with them yet, I am not ready. So, I did a 34 minute run, and I was satisfied with that.
Goal 9: Water intake. Absolutely done great with this one, the heat makes me suck it back like nothing. I have been drinking a minimum of 12 cups a day.
Goal 10: New recipe once a week. I was not able to get this one in, I will have to get it started this week for sure, I have a recipe for Shrimp Lettuce Wraps the kids want me to try.
So, all in all, the week was good. I went to the movies on Thursday night with my family and totally pigged out on Diet Coke. I had three large cups myself, plus half a bag of popcorn smothered in Becel and 1 Twix bar. I was up half the night throwing up and in absolute agony. The next day I was in the bathroom again for most of the day and feeling ill right into Saturday and part of Sunday. Yesterday I finally got my energy back, and I have lost my desire to drink Diet Soda ever again!

June goals recap in mid July
Goal 1 Reach 191 pounds: I am currently at 194.2, so this goal is still not reached, but I am working towards it still, not giving up!
Goal 2 Tracking: I have really let this one go these last two weeks, so I need to refocus and I intend to do that in my journal as getting to the computer is a challenge right now.
Goal 3 1 rest day a week: I have really struggled with this goal, I find myself getting tired so much, and busy too!
Goal 4 Inches lost:I finally did my measurements today. Bust Down 2 1/4, Waist Down 1, Hips UP 1. My goal was to lose 1 inch in each of these areas, and my average loss is 1.4, not sure why my hip measurement is up, but I consider this a success in my average number!
Goal 5 BMI: goal was 31.9, actual is 32.4 today, so I made progress, will have to keep at it for the next goal!
Goal 6 Family bike rides: Well, this was a roaring success in my book, only to get even better. We bought the kidlets each a "new" used bike, and two weekends ago while away camping our youngest spent lots of time practicing with our help, and by the end of the weekend, even was able to get started without help! So, all four of us were able to go on a nice bike ride about 2 miles there and back. We ended up split up because the oldest is much better on the bike so my husband and I took turns with the kids.
Goal 7: Screen time and house work: I have been spending time on screens still, but not as much, and I have gotten a lot of housework accomplished. Laundry is caught up(thanks to a ton of help folding from my Mom), the kitchen is staying tidy for the most part, the dining room is a dining room again, and I even found the floor in the bedroom of my youngest kidlet!
It's mid July for my June goal review, but man, I needed those two extra weeks to accomplish what I did!
New goals for the rest of July and all of August
Goal 1: Reach 180 pounds.
Goal 2: Track in journal or online for 100% of the time.
Goal 3: Be active, minimum 30 minutes daily, at least 1 day a week of including the kids in my activity.
Goal 4: Inches lost. I would like to lose an average of 2 inches each on Bust, Waist, and Hips.
Goal 5: BMI at 30 which is just at the bottom end of obese.
Goal 6: Have lots of fun, especially by playing with the kidlets.
Goal 7: Swim 3 times a week, kidlets included.
Goal 8: Run 10K outside.
Goal 9: Drink 8 -10 cups of water daily.
Goal 10: Try 1 new recipe weekly.
