Okay, so I have two weeks left in my plan for July and August, and I feel like I really need to get serious. I have my goals still for each week, but I feel like I need to have some really basic and really important goals to reach every single day for the next two weeks to establish some really good habits to go forward with into September.
So, here are 4 things I need to do every single day.
1.Eat within my calorie range. (Which means I will have to track every day)
2. Burn 500 calories.
3. Sleep 8 hours.
4. Drink 8-10 cups of water.
I WILL blog daily on my success rate, going for a 100% every single day.
What are 4 things that you can do every day to improve your success in this journey we are on?

Goal 1 Reach 180 pounds: I gained back another .8 this week. I am thinking that when I lost the weight during my ear infection that it was muscle loss, and now that I am back to cardio I am regainin some muscle, and also my appetite is running wild, so I am eating way too much.
Goal 2 Track: that didn't happen so much this week, not sure why I have given up on this, but I know I need to get back to it. Maybe if I can start pretracking again that will help.
Goal 3: Be active 30 minutes daily, at least 1 day a week with the kids: I took Sunday as a rest day, but other than that I was active every day for at least 30 minutes. I did lots of bike riding with the kids too.
Goal 4 and 5: Inches and BMI: Monthly goals
Goal 6: Have lots of fun, kids included: The kids and I went to a Historical show on the weekend and spent hours wandering around looking at old cars, old tractors, hung out with one of their Grandpas for hours. I grew up spending summers on my Nanas farm and spent plenty of time there for the rest of the year too. It was very nostalgic to be around some of the old tractors and share those memories with my kids, loved it.
Goal 7: Swim 3 times a week. I swam one day this week for about 2 minutes. I tried out wearing the ear plugs I bought, and they worked fine. I am feeling optimistic about getting back in the pool for the rest of the summer.
Goal 8: Run 10K outside: I ran 3.8 miles on Thursday with my running buddy, it was totally awesome to see her and get out on the road with her. Loved it!
Goal 9: Water: Still going strong on this one!
Goal 10: New Recipe: I didn't get to this one this week.
Goal 11: Sleep schedule: Still working on this one. This week I need to pick a bedtime and get there.
I feel like I am still rebounding a bit from my ear infection, but no more excuses. I am ready to get serious again, if I want to come even close to my goal for this process!

Goal 1: Reach 180 pounds: I gained back 1.6 this week.
Goal 2: Track: I have stopped tracking, I will start again today.
Goal 3: Be active 30 minutes daily, at least 1 day a week with the kids:I had a few more days of avoiding cardio to heal my ears, but I got in some light cardio on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I rested on Sunday and Monday, but rode bikes with the kids a TON on Tuesday. Did the best I could.
Goal 4 and 5: Inches and BMI: Monthly goals
Goal 6: Have lots of fun, kids included. I am getting back to the swing of things, and joined in at the kids sporting activity for some good parents on kids fun.
Goal 7: Swim 3 times a week, kidlets included: I have still been swimming, taking the kids swimming, but not going under water.
Goal 8: Run 10K outside: Still not back to running a dedicated run, but I did run a bit with the kids last night, so I feel like I will get back to it today or tomorrow.
Goal 9: Water: Check.
Goal 10: New Recipe: I made the Creamy Green Enchiladas recipe from here at Sparkpeople. With all of the veggie cutting, chicken cooking and filling wrapping, it took me two hours to get it in the oven! It was really good though, I had altered it somewhat to suit my family. Next time I make it, I will do veggie prep and chicken cooking ahead of time so it is easier to throw together.
All in all, this wasn't one of my best weeks. I let my tracking slide, and the scale showed it. However, I did make the best of the week with still being sick. I really need to add a new goal, even though I already have so many. I need to spend the next 3 weeks getting my sleep in order before the kidlets return to school.
Goal 11: Sleep schedule.
