Goal 1 Reach 180 pounds: I lost 3.2 pounds this week, taking me down to 187.2. I have been eating in range for 6 days straight, also burning 500 cals for each of those 6 days. I am determined to leave nothing in August, no regrets. I want to get to that 180, and I will give it all I've got to get there, if I don't reach it and I have done everything I can for the last two weeks, I will still be satisfied with my efforts.
Goal 2 Track: 6/7 days this week.
Goal 3 Be active 30 minutes daily, at least 1 day a week with the kids: Fulfilled! Did some swimming one day with the kids.
Goal 4 and 5: Inches and BMI: Monthly goals
Goal 6: Have lots of fun, kids included: My husband was away for 5 days, I really missed him, and was super busy to keep my mind off him, but I'm not sure I had too much fun.
Goal 7: Swim 3 times a week: I think I swam twice this week.
Goal 8: Run 10K outside: I did a 5 mile run on Tuesday night before my hubby left, that was totally awesome, I felt like I could have done an entire 10K! I also did a 2 mile run on my TM on Saturday morning.
Goal 9: Water: Never a problem.
Goal 10: New Recipe: nope, didn't happen.
Goal 11: Sleep schedule: I have done better with this, my bedtime is around 11:30 these days, and I need to start moving that back.
A much better week this week in terms of weight loss, looking back I need to focus on the kids a bit more, and make sure I get a new recipe tried out this week.
