    Wow! 10 out of 10 is way impressive. You are doing so well with this challenge. I bet you feel great! Getting enough sleep is a huge deal for me. I just don't function properly when sleepy :)

10K outside

Finally! I completed this goal I set out for myself. My original completion date was July 3, but having run the 10K on the treadmill the previous week, and the weather being scorching hot, I decided not to do it on the 3rd. Since then, I have been working hard at my running, and today all the stars aligned for me to have the time and energy to complete. It was a challenging run for sure, but I managed negative splits!

16;44/16:14/16:00/15:35/14:59/14:30/2:17
(avg pace for last .2 was 11:28)
Total time was 1:36:23, which is an almost 15 minute reduction in my time from June 26 on the TM of 1:51:09. My fastest speed was 8.1 mph, but I'm not sure my Garmin recorded that right, so my next fastest speed was 5.9 mph.

I am feeling totally drained for sure, it took a lot out of me. It was worth it!

    That is awesome! I have done one (sorta) treadmill 10K *had a brainfart and did 6.11 miles instead of 6.2* lol in 1:21: something

I may try and see if I can better that time soon. And eventually (Oct 30) I will do an official one outside..(Marine Corps10K) .... yours is quite impressive!!
