Wednesday, November 30, 2011: Today is the end of the Biggest Loser Challenge #17. In 12 weeks, I have GAINED 17.4 pounds. Starting out the challenge by developing pneumonia really disappointed me, and I have never been able to gain any momentum. I feel like right now I am starting to get moving again, ready to build some consistency. BLC 18 starts in January, but I am going to make an effort to lose some weight before then, and be ready to start the new challenge with an exercise routine and healthy eating lifestyle already in place.
Wednesday, September 7, 2011: Today is the start of the Biggest Loser Challenge # 17 here at Sparks. This is a 12 week challenge ending on November 30. I feel that since I am starting a new challenge of such a big scope that I should make a fresh start on my sparkpage too! My goals for the 12 weeks are to lose 12 to 24 pounds, as many inches as possible, and really focus on getting consistent. My starting weight is 191 pounds today.
