So, my first weigh in was a success today! I am down to 208.6 from 211.2, 2.6 pounds this week! Yippee!
Things I did right this week: Got in delierate cardio 4 times. Did upper body ST. Tracked my food on 4 days and stayed in range for 2 of them. Dedicated a lot of time to family.
Improvements needed for the coming week: Track my food 5 days, stay in range for at least 3. Get in cardio at least 5 days. Do upper body ST and add core and lower as well. In order to get that cardio in, I have scheduled my workouts each day at a certain time.
I was actually quite surprised by my weight loss this week. Not complaining at all, but I know for sure that I will have to make the improvements to see continued success. So, my mini goal was 210, and I met that goal today. I was going to reward myself with a bubble bath, but I was really sore yesterday morning and had one for pain relief. So, instead, I am going to reward myself by doing my nails today. My new mini goal is 205 pounds, and when I get there in a few weeks, I will get my hair cut.
As an end note, I just want to say a great big thank you to all of my sparkfriends. You guys are all totally awesome, your support is so appreciated. I love all of the sparkgoodies not to mention the many page and blog comments. I feel so blessed to be part of this community! Thanks guys!
