It's almost April

This has been a particular harsh winter and I think I am responding emotionally to it. I just can't seem to get myself motivated about anything, which is in fact hurting me. I do the best I can, but I know it's not really good enough.
I haven't given up my journey, and hopefully my motivation will return with the advent of warmer weather.
I have been doing exercises at least 5 days per week, for at least 10 mins. most times, more, but keeping my nutrition in check has not been good.

I have been continuing my challenge of 15 mins. of cardio each day, except for illness, or totally unexpected circumstances. I am feeling so much better physically and mentally. Physically because my body feels so much stronger, mentally because I am following through on a challenge.
I plan to increase my time to 2 x 15 mins. daily in the New Year 2014.

Challenge

I am working on a challenge to do 15 mins. of cardio. each day, to take me into 2014. I have been consistent so far, except for a few days in October when I had a cold. I am planning to fit the exercises into my holiday plans.

End of the year approaching

I can't believe how fast this year is going by. I am thankful that I had some good times. I also had some not so good times.
