I have been continuing my challenge of 15 mins. of cardio each day, except for illness, or totally unexpected circumstances. I am feeling so much better physically and mentally. Physically because my body feels so much stronger, mentally because I am following through on a challenge.
I plan to increase my time to 2 x 15 mins. daily in the New Year 2014.
