Me few days ago



Me after my no sugar and work harder challenge, i tried small size and i could enter it without struggle, and it fitted me perfectly

Time for celebration by buying that top and a big NO to sugar

17th (Sunday): 20 min ball abs workout

20th (wednesday) : 1 hour Body Pump Class
21th (Thursday): 30 mintures Interval Treadmill workout

24th (Sunday): rest day

Fitness: 20 minutes sparkpeople ball video

had a sugary day with 1.5 glass of juice, strawberry yogurt

breakfast: boiled egg, 4 small wholewheat with cheese spread + coffee without sugar



Snack: i was craving sugar and bought juice




Lunch: thai food bought from roadside restaurant near office (went to office on sunday :(
and strawberry yogurt



snack: instant coffee + chopped fruits



dinner: homemade tacos + 1/2 cup orange juice
