Slept Late at 12am on Sunday, and so Monday morning - Woke up Late at 7am instead of 5.30am and missed morning gym, yes guilty and hate it.
after coming back home from work, did a pilates butt workout from youtube

In terms of Nutrition i did well, had a early morning meeting so overnight soaked steel cut oats came handy, loved them, satisfying and filling, snacked on fruits and pumpkin seeds
Lunch was brown rice and thai stir fry, and dinner made a 3 veggie smoothie with a scoop of protein powder in it, quiet filling it was.

Total - 1280 calories with 66 grams of proteins 139 carbs and 52 Fat, need to work on my proteins !!!

Best was 5 servings of Fruits and veggies Goal Met
Raw Spinach, Raw carrots, 1 Peach, slice of Pineapple and Melons

    I used to not like the idea of supplements, but now I take:
emoticon In the morning, a multi, Vit D3, and fish oil
emoticon After lunch, a probiotic
emoticon After dinner, Vit B12

My Food and Fitness Blog for 24 July

Woke up Late and missed morning gym, there Plan B came into action, i need to get my workout done either in Lunch time or Plan C, get it done after i reach home (difficult with cooking and chores)
after leaving work, i straight went to gym, 30 min treadmill incline workout sorted and back home

In terms of Nutrition i did bad with chocolates, though had dark chocolate square but i am not happy that why i crave them so badly.
after dinner i had one lindt truffle and decided done,
a dark chocolate square in lunch and a small truffle in dinner, i am doing fine.
, and hubby bought me fresh walnut brownies, i wanted to argue with him for buying me the brownie and tell him i won't eat it, but instead i made a cup of coffee and enjoyed the brownie, not good

Doing well with fruits and veggies
midmorning Snacked on watermelon and Pineapple slices, it was refreshing
evening was Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and Tuna salad.
Green Beans in lunch, dinner made a Indian veggie with lots of onion and tomato in it

23 july, My day in terms of Fitness and Nutrition

Woke up early and brisk walked to gym, did weights and Stronglifts Workout Program , had a good early morning Workout

In terms of Nutrition i did fine, i had a stressful day at work and off to cafe to buy heavy calorie drink, and what i choose was oreo green tea smoothie, it helped my stress level, but it messed up my nutrition for the day :(
left Late from work, and made chicken patties and salad bowl for dinner.
i really need to work on my Emotional eating, whenever i am low or stressed out the last thing i want is healthy food, i crave Junk

    I'm still searching for that comforting snack that tastes and feels naughty as all get out, but is actually a healthy choice. It's got to be out there somewhere.

    I don't pack my lunch every day. I pack my lunch for the entire week on Sunday and bring everything in on Monday. If your workplace has the storage space, you might want to try that so you don't keep missing your goal.

This week I brought in salad fixings and I prepare a fresh salad every day. I have Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, cheese, green grapes, cucumber and artichoke hearts. Delicious!!
