Vertical marathon Training and side stitch

Vertical marathon is just a month away and i am not able to go more than 40 floors in one time, last Saturday i got Side stitch and stopped training after 45 floors, i don't want to over stress but i want to progress on floors and not get side stitch mid way :(

Meal Pics and Workout (22 sep)

Yesterday was a good day
added a lot of fruits and veggies in my diet - Fresh StrawBerries, Apple, Orange, Chinese Broccoli and eggplant.
My Carbs came from Brown Rice, Fruits and a hot chocolate drink

and proteins were from Shrimps, Egg Tofu and protein shake
Proteins - 104 grams - checked
Fiber - 25 grams - checked

BREAKFAST- Rice Thins Topped with Strawberry and Honey, and protein Shake


LUNCH - Stir Fry Eggplant with brown rice
SNACKS: Apple, Orange

DINNER - Shrimps, Tofu stir fry with Brown rice

My Trail Running Day with Pictures

My group planned trail running on Saturday and i RSVP'ed too, all excited with some points i was over thinking about

- Will i be able to run with other fast runners, they are fast and i am a slow runner

- I don't have hydration pack, ouch i need to carry 1.5 litres bottle in hand, done i will carry, i don't have time to buy a hydration pack

- I need to read online about pre Run, Post Run, during Run sports gels

Saturday Morning I woke up at 4am, a quick shower and i reached the meeting point with other runners, we all drove together to our Trail Destinations

Run started on time, This trail was more inclined compare to other one which i normally do, its gonna be fun
i was running, huffing, puffing and others were running smoothly like a pro, i was amazed at their running skills, i told them they can go, i will join them later.

and i started with my walk/run intervals, i ran, i walk and i saw group waiting for me, they all cheered me and started with their run occasionally calling and checking on me

my sports gel helped to boost up my energy, i could run uphills and on trail, it was fun hour run. My heart rate reached 170 while running uphills, and came down to 156 while walking those hills

later met group at starting point, they did double trail running and where i was huffing puffing just after an hour run, ooo boy they are pro, they can run non stop and don't need walking break

i burned around 808 calories in 70 minutes, it was fun day and i am in love with trail running

yay my good day - diet and exercise

early morning i went for RPM Bike group class and burned over 300 cals in 30 mins, followed by 10 minutes yoga stretching

breakfast: Avacado Sandwich with some cream cheese
snack: apple and coffee
lunch: steamed seafood salad with some almonds
evening snack: soy milk, and orange
and Dinner would be Thai stir fry with brown rice and protein shake

my yummy dinner yesterday, i roasted some chicken along with some salad

my workouts and diet

I am loving my workouts, morning 30 minutes of sweating out gives me happiness
yesterday was a nice run outdoors near the lake and today i went for a body pump strength group class, loved picking those barbells

tomorrow i am planning a RPM group class

after work out i drink my protein shake onroute to work, good time to get those proteins in after working those muscles

and i am loving the healthy meal of complex Carbs, veggies and proteins but where i lack is sugar, i always crave something sugary at afternoons and mostly end up giving in :(

today i bought this black forest cup cake, i relished every bite of it, but the calories and fat in it are making me teary :(

i am going to try restricting to once in 15 days or once a month for a special treat

    find some low cal sweet snacks...something fruit based would be sweet
