So far today I have 109 spark points. I think that is one of my personal highs! I have not gave in and eaten tons of sweets or junk food. I have also drank my eight glasses of water and worked out 2 days in a row. I am just enjoying the euphoria of a couple of good days!

So, I am still struggling with eating properly and not snacking like crazy. I decided to create some Vision Collages to place in the snack cabinets and refrigerators. I hope this will help me stop when I decide to I want some chips, peanut butter or chocolate!
I am also going to try and make a decided effort to work out at least 3 times a week. I am having issues with this right now because I wore new shoes walking and have blisters on 3 toes! That was a definite lesson learned.

So, I am making a huge leap and posting my first blog! I have been really hesitant to do this because what do I have to say that is informative, productive or interesting?
Well, I am currently in a rut. I am having problems eating healthy. I have been on a huge sugar kick lately! I am a self professed chocoholic and general sugar addict.
On top of that my exercising has hit the rocks as well. I had a DVD that I loved doing, but I have managed to scratch the crap out of it! I also loved walking outside, but there have been bear sightings (Two cubs) in our neighborhood. BEARS scare the crap outta me! Especially Momma BEARS! On the plus side, I will be doing a lot of yard work around our house and my Grandma's this weekend so that is a step in the right direction!
I guess I am going to have to try and get it together. It is so easy to let your mind use excuses to get out of things! NO MORE I SAY!
