Veg-Evac personnel were dispatched early this morning to an undisclosed garden near Austin after receiving this call on the emergency line: "Git here nayow! Mah veggies'r diyd! mah purr purr veggies...Ah saw'r it with mah own ayes! They just lept right out of the sole and threw themself right thar' on the grayound! Thar's exes awn ther ayes ther diyd ah kintell. Noooo!"
Upon arrival at the scene the emergency personnel became suspicious of the owner of the garden not only because they couldn't pin down their accent, but because the plants appeared to have been sheared off at the soil line. When the authorities arrived they discovered a dull sharpie and a sharp pair of dull scissors on they-who-must-not-be-sane and issued the following statement: "These were bought locally."
They are still baffled over the accent.

Need to use up some of this energy. My S-iH disorder is acting up today (sunlight induced hyperactivity) i might have to go into a dark room and calm down.
So I have a bunch of exercise planned for today. Running along to a podcast called begintervals is one.
I made up a bunch of routes through my neighborhood yesterday (and named them)
There is a one miler called Lightning Loop : short and fast around the block.
A 2 miler called the Triple Duple (aka Turtle): it's 2 uphills and 2 downhills and 2 miles of course.
And a 4 miler called the Quatrain Crossing (aka Frogger) - I cross to the "other side of the tracks" and have to come up with a poem in my head by the time I get back.
I am looking forward to this one.
Anyway, my goal is to walk each of my routes at least once today that will be uh... (counting fingers) 7 miles total.

wow! thank goodness for spell check, but I can't believe that "Frogger" wasn't in the dictionary...
I weighed in this morning and I am down 1.2 pounds from last week. I wasn't great about staying within calorie range all week, but I am definitely eating less than before. Combine that with the extra activity I have been doing = weight loss.
