So today I commit myself to lose the 120 pounds I have gained over the last 25 years. In a years time I hope to blog about how I have reached y goal weight. Presently I am overwhelmed by the thought of the sheer number of pounds I have to lose.
I have decided to set short term goals to keep myself motivated. In 3 months I hope to lose 30 pounds. I have decided to give up my horrible eating habits to try and accomplish this. I am committing to making my lunch the night before and eating breakfast daily. I have also imposed a no food after 8:00 pm rule.
My biggest commitment in reaching my goal is to walk for an hour 3 times a week. As I am not enrolled in any Summer classes this should be achievable. Wish me luck Sparkers!
