I bough a nutribullet for two reasons
to get more greens in to my diet
to see if I am ready for a vegetarian diet

I've been following Brendan Brazier's website (Thrive forward) to increase my understanding of how to choose foods for complete nutrition. It's been easy. Most of my intake is raw, but I still enjoy soups and stews.

I shared with my family, my sister being very supportive.

I made a little shopping guide to make sure I have the pyramid of fresh foods ready to go. For instance I shoot for a mix of dark, starchy and leafy greens plus sea vegetables, seeds& nuts, pseudograins. I found that by winging it I get everything but protein fiber and zinc. It seems I have to have two servings of beans every day to make the numbers.

    Yesterday I just realized that I do not know the last time I had meat but I haven't made the effort to avoid it.

    Is this same as Nuturi bulast? I am interesting of getting but would like to know if Nuturibullet can grind flux seeds and nuts. I do like smoothies. currently, I am using ninja blender. someone said before, NutriBulast is better then Ninja.

My corelink armband says I got 60 minutes of exercise in 2 hours of edging. It's ironic, isnt it, that I am trying to eat healthier only to cover myself in MTBEs, hydrocarbons and oxides of nitrogen , particulate matter (damaging to the respiratory system), carbon monoxide...ETC

So slowly the grass on my little patch is converted to woodlands, if those deer would stop eating the trees I plant, and I cover foot by foot with mulch. So much to change, some days I am immobilized by the magnitude of to dos.

3 days from trophy

I about 3 days, i will reach the next level and wonder, what have I learned in this four plus years? I am very excited, but wonder for what reason? My achievements are not in line with my expectations. It's time to think about my path, as my armband is due to return from the shop, and I may try out body media's site instead. I find myself clicking for points here rather than for knowledge, reinforcement.

My stress level is high, but vaguely so. I need to make some tweaking changes, nothing major, but time to move forward to embrace the 50's of my life with maximum energy and health.

I have been following Brendan Brazier thrive forward, thinking of the China study implications on spark's menus and focus on protein. Not right to put it on spark, but time to look for a more concise way to increase the non-meat protein of my diet.

    I am currently reading the China study. It is very interesting. I've been reading lots of plant- based foods book lately. I've leaned a lot since. It make me think and wanting to convert to vegetarian for sure. I just want to be healthy and fit and doing good for my body. Good luck on your health journey.
