Back on track

I was feeling so good. No symptoms, more energy, wanting healthy foods, wanting to exercise, etc.... All it took was getting off track to turn all my efforts upside down. I am ready to get back onboard and look forward to the positive changes it will have on me. I will feel better, look better and fit into my clothes. I am taking life for granted....there are so many people that don't have the option of making the lifestyle changes and enjoying them. I am blessing beyond words and know that I need to make it work. I can do it and will do it. Next week will be a new week and I will start this weekend so that I can make it a successful week.

Excuses

Excuses, excuses, excuses.....I have plenty of them. I need to stop using them and get my butt in gear. No reason or excuse is good enough to stop me from being healthy. I will get rid of one excuse today and work on the rest as they come.

Quick and Easy Meal Ideas

I will try to find some quick and easy meal idea because I normally cook full blown meals. I need to switch to quick, easy and healthy. That is something I am going to work on. I could easily eat tuna fish, pickles, eggs, mayo on crackers but my husband won't so it's usually cooking a meal. I will start working on him so he can benefit from quick and easy meals that aren't loaded with fat and calories.
