this is my goal for the week. on weekends i sleep in so i do most of my eating afternoon. but during a work week i will be waking up early in the morning again and be eating my planned meals (i pack my breakfast and lunch for work so i have control of wahat i eat and what nutrients i get.)
this is the time i do most of my mindless eating. if i get this under control the weight should come off easily.
