we replaced our water heater last fall. it was great for a couple months. then it started not giving a full tank of hot water. DH called them but that did not seem to help. I tried emailing them 2 times and also did an online help form and got no response. today i called them because i got home before there phones closed. they agreed to send a part that was under warrenty but will not pay for labor. i am annoyed that it stopped working for a year and the manufactuer will not pay to have someone come do it. if we do it ourselves, it will take several hours and it may void warrenties. we are thinking about returning to the store as deffective because installs we can do ourselves but replacing this part requires special tools an an electrician. it is frustrating that they will send us a $15 part but we still have to pay a couple hundred dollars to get a plumber/electrician to install it to not void the lifetime warrenty.
