I use several websites that offer free ecercise videos. saturday night i found out some of my favorties were removed. so i was annoyed. they were 45-50 minutes long. when i woke up sunday morning i was crabby and decxided to stay in bed becasue i only had shorter videos that i do in the morning.
later in the afternoon i was annoyed with myself because i realized i was just making an excuse and wasted time to complain. the fact is i could have checked some other sites or added some of my 10 minute videos/ so i actually did a little journalling and typed out some back up plans for the future.
Less excuses, more options and more effort toward reaching goals.
