today was the 2nd day with the nutritionist. before is started i recorded my goals. i notated i know what to do, i just loose motivation or focus to keep doing. i eat mindlesssly a lot
last week was to pick 1 time of day that i mindlessly eat the most. easy, - in the afternoon when i leave work. i am tired and want to relax and sugar and sweets are a temptation/habit.
this week my challange is going to be to bust this habit with a better one. When i get home and want chocolate, I will instead work on another task /chore or job so i dont relate arriving at home as a reason to have a low nutrition snack.
