so my husband gets new job and throws off my whole schedule. I was working out before work. Now I have to bring kids to school get the ready etc before work. I just make it on time. And he works 2 hours later than I do. So I gotta pick kids up from babysitter get home feed help with homework I got study for my test. I am up at 5:30. I go to bed at 9:30. I don't know where to fit it in and I only get 30 to 45 min lunch and not allowed to eat at desk. So working out not going so good. Doing better with eating. This week and next just getting back in habit of logging my stuff. Have great day.

The habit I am having hard time with is soda and chocolate. It is everywhere at my job!!!

    Have you tried taking a bottle of water and using a packet of crystal light? It is good....just a thought.
I am trying to give up sodas too. This is day 2.

  I know it can be difficult. People at my work bring in doughnuts all of the time. I simply just avoid the places where the garbage is. My biggest problem is when I bring it in MYSELF. I can go days without eating what's in my desk but then suddenly I will have a day where I can't shut off the voice in my head telling me to eat it. Why do I even BUY it in the first place?

    That is so tough. It's all about commitment. You can have a little once in awhile, but don't get crazy. Commit to yourself and set boundaries. emoticon
