I could accomplish so much without all the stress and negative thoughts. I could focus on getting healthy and getting out there and working out. As I type this negative thoughts are bombarding me. I don't want to walk today. I want to go home and eat bad things. It is a cruddy day out but I will do it. It might be at a snail pace but I am out there. I WILL be out there after work. Walking for 1 hour. My goal is to hit 3 miles in that hour. 1 more hour before I leave.

How cool is that. I dropped off my 18s and now done to 16. It is slow but steady and the 16s are getting a little big. I really need to let this weight go and focus on the future. Size 8 here I come. You have been elusive for a long time (13 years) but I am coming after you. I will never let you go.
