1) lose weight
2) run a 5k without stopping
3) eat healthy everyday
Lose weight.... I want to get down to 130 which is what I was when I got married
Run a 5k without stopping.... I have down 5ks but the fastest I ever did was 45 minutes and that was run/walking. My goal is to run with my husband. He can do 10ks and he will always be faster considering he had much longer legs than me.
Eat healthy... This will be a work in progress
