Today I went to my doctor and when they weighed me I had lost 17 pounds since October. Which means I went from 177 to 160 pounds in 4 months. Thanks to everyone on my Spark Teams and to Spark People for all the encourgement and help I have been given.

troubled spots

My most troubled spot is knowing how to get all parts of my diet in one area. I have to get a low-fat, low-calorie, low-protein, low-carbohydrate, low-cholestrol,low-sodium, and diabetic diet all together. I haven't figured out how to do this yet. Any body know how to put these all together? Any help would be appreciated.

    it has been my experience that when one thing goes low, something else goes up to make up for it. i know if the fat is low, the calories are higher, and vice-versa.

perhaps you could consult a nutritionist . your doctor could probably recommend someone.
