My eating has gotten out of control. I eat without thinking...find myself grabbing snacks at all hours of the day and half the time don't realize what I am even doing until it's too late and than I just figure...oh well ate that much already what is some more!!! So this week's goal is to TRACK TRACK TRACK!!!! Only way to control moderation and be realistic and forces me to really think about what is going into my body! I can do this!!

When I can manage my weight...or more in sense...manage what I am eating and be in control of my exercise I feel that I can be in control of everything else in my life too. If I am strong enough to control my mind to eat right, I can do anything else. It is such a mental thing. And by exercising I also feel stronger, not just physically but mentally.

Today my jog was 3 miles in 35 minutes 30 seconds!! i jogged 28 of those minutes:) 11 days till the 5K!

4 week checkin

It has been 4 weeks since I started. I am down 10 pounds:) whohoo!!! That was my first goal and I have beat it by one week! I feel sooo much better about myself and my clothes fit again! Best part is the mental part...i feel like I am back in control and I am getting "me" back! I am not obsessed with food at all times and wishing everyone would leave the room so I can stuff my face! I plan to keep this up!!
