I'm ready for february! I got my spark activity tracker 2 weeks ago and it really is motivating me!! Im going on my 2nd year at the gym and am so proud of myself for sticking with it I missed going for 2 months but back at it and it feels good and really helps me feel better about myself!! 80% of eating is clean!! Setting goals for february so I can have a spartacular month!!
1 At least 3 days a week at gym!
2 Cut down on cheat meals no more than 1 a week
3 drink up on water
4 get personal goals done
5plenty of veggies and fish!!
6 lose 5 lbs
