We got tons of snow yesterday. SO my 15 min of exercise was really 20 shoveling snow. I have forgotten what a work out that is. My arms are sore today.
so today's goals:
1. exercise 15 min ( I have already done 10 min more snow)
2. track everything
3. 5 freggies
4. stay in ranges
I stayed in my range yesterday as well.
My youngest daughter is coming home tomorrow and my middle daughter will be home Wed. I so can't wait wait to have my house filled with my kids
