exercise excuses

I am pretty good about finding an excuse not to exercise. My biggest one is I'm really tired and worked hard all day. I also use my feet hurt already I can't exercise. but since i have started spark coach I have been really motivated even exercising more than I planned

    I workout in the morning....by the time I get home in the evening, I want to go see my horses or watch a show...

I think it's great that you are convincing yourself to workout after work. I've been trying to convince myself to stretch in the evening....and I don't.

feeling healthy

In the last 3 weeks I have noticed many changes and just yesterday I couldn't wait for my walk. It was a busy day but I found the time. It felt so good. Even today I am trying to figure out when I can fit exercise into the day. I also just feel more energetic and full of life. It is a very good feeling.

It feels so good to step on the scales and see the numbers go down. But what is even better than that is how I feel. I have been in a better mood able to handle more things without stressing and my clothes fit better. I just feel better. But i can't give all this credit to myself for without God helping me through and giving me strength to exercise I would be right back at the beginning. So I give thanks to God for my weight loss.

Rain is good

Yesterday I worked out really hard by bring wood up to the deck for winter. The wood pile that needs to be moved is getting smaller but I was not looking forward to doing more of it today(really sore from yesterday). As i was waking up I could hear the rain coming down. No wood today and my muscles get to rest. With the rain coming down means an indoor workout for me. I have been enjoying the nice fall days and walking outside. It is ok though change the workout is a good thing.
