I did really well last week with reaching my goals. So this week i am keeping those goals and adding a few more. I hope I will be as well this week. I am not adding tons because I know this week is going to be crazy so I don't want to be defeated before I start.
Track everything I eat Sun, Mon,Tue.wed. thur, fri
Eat healthy snacks. Mon, wed, thur, fri
Exercise 30 minutes 6 times a week, Mon, Tue, Wed, fri
Walk 8000 steps a day, Mon, tue, wed, fri
Have a quiet time everyday( 15 minutes a day) Sun, Mon, Tue, wed, thur, fri
Work on decluttering my desk (5 to 10 minutes a day) Mon, Tue
I feel very motivated right now.
I also lost 1 pound this last week so I am on a roll.
