Thursday was a success!!!!
1. track everything Did even the 3 pieces of bread
2.30 min. of exercise. Did 40
3.15 min. of quiet time. Did 30
4 De clutter my desk. Did 10 min.
It felt really good to meet all m y goals. I also did 10,000 steps which is a bonus. I hope to do as well today
