Another great day. I didn't set my goals to high for the weekend but yesterday was nice outside so my husband and I went for a walk.
1. track everything I did and even stayed in my ranges!!! (well calorie, fat was high)
2.30 min. of exercise. 45 minutes!!!!
3.15 min. of quiet time. Did 30 min
4 NEW CLEANING GOAL clean the closet under the stairs 10 minutes a day Did it
5. measure my food. I didn't do it for everything but for some stuff
I am going to try to keep this streak going.
