Well it wasn't bad but it wasn't great.



My Goals:
1. track everything I did and even stayed in my ranges!!! (well calorie, fat was high) but the food I eat wasn't super great for me
2.30 min. of exercise. didn't exercise
3.15 min. of quiet time. Did10 min
4 NEW CLEANING GOAL clean the closet under the stairs 10 minutes a day didn't clean anything
5. measure my food. I didn't do it

I am ok with this because I had a great time with my family and cleaning shouldn't be done on Sundays

Another great day. I didn't set my goals to high for the weekend but yesterday was nice outside so my husband and I went for a walk.

My Goals:
1. track everything I did and even stayed in my ranges!!! (well calorie, fat was high)
2.30 min. of exercise. 45 minutes!!!!
3.15 min. of quiet time. Did 30 min
4 NEW CLEANING GOAL clean the closet under the stairs 10 minutes a day Did it
5. measure my food. I didn't do it for everything but for some stuff

I am going to try to keep this streak going.

Another good day!!
Thanks for all the prayers and encouragement I have gotten. It sure does help to know others are rooting for you.


My Goals:
1. track everything I did and even stayed in my ranges!!!
2.30 min. of exercise. 40 minutes!!!!
3.15 min. of quiet time. Did 30 min
4 NEW CLEANING GOAL clean the closet under the stairs 10 minutes a day
5. measure my food. I didn't do it for everything but for some stuff

The weekend is here and I know my eating and exercise will be hard so I will be happy if I exercise 10 minutes each day this weekend and track all my food.

With God's help I can do all things.

mini break through

my husband won a trip this summer to the Bahamas. So we decided we would take the whole family. It would be the last time the 6 of us could go since our daughter is getting married this fall. So we all had to get passports. The girls got theirs in Dec while home on school break. They came in the mail about 4 weeks later and I put them in the desk. Last week I really cleaned out my desk. I mean really cleaned it out threw tons of stuff away. Well today 2 more passports came in the mail and I went to put them with the others and I couldn't find them. I started to stress. I looked and looked and couldn't find them. Now at this point I would be shoving anything and everything into my mouth. Instead I turned on Christian music text the girls to have them pray. I went to the desk and started calmly looking. I found the missing passports and there was no extra eating.

So excited!!! I don't know if I will be able to do it again but today I am rejoicing

Great DAY!!!!!!!!
It is amazing what a good nights sleep and some sunshine and a day off can do for you.

My Goals:
1. track everything I did and even stayed in my ranges!!!
2.30 min. of exercise. 43 minutes!!!!
3.15 min. of quiet time. Did 30 min
4 Take down snowmen and put up spring stuff. winter stuff is put away spring stuff is up!!! ( i will have to come up with something new to clean)
5. measure my food. I didn't do it for everything but for some stuff

Hope today will be as good.
