I feel like I have lost a few weeks here. I have been so busy I haven't had much time for anything including "me" time. I think things are starting to slow down so that is good. I had a great day yesterday spending much time outside with family and neighbors. It is so nice to have the better weather. I feel refreshed and ready to start this new week. I am motivated to reach my goals again. The sad part of the whole thing I have to start over because these last 2 weeks I gained back what I lost and lost all that I worked so hard for.
1. track everything
2.30 min. of exercise.
3.15 min. of quiet time
4 Spend 20 minutes a day cleaning something
5. measure my food.
So today is week 1 day 1. Here we go.
My goal is to lose 15 pounds by July 7. (10 weeks)
