1. track everything I tracked everything went over in fat
2.30 min. of exercise. I didn't exercise today. Body is sore from raking and cleaning out my flower beds. ( my spring weeding muscles haven't been used in a while)
3.15 min. of quiet time 15 min
4 NEW CLEANING GOAL clean my closet didn't clean anything to day
5. measure my food. Measured
I am so tried of working an earlier shift this week and working in my flowers that I just can't find the energy to exercise today. I am also tired so I have eaten more. Do not have the will power when I am tired.
I hope tomorrow will be better.
