week 3 day 2 and 3

My Goals:
1. track everything Did even stayed in ranges both days
2.30 min. of exercise. day 2 35 min cardio day 3 10 min cardio ST for 15 min
3.15 min. of quiet time. day 2 30 min Day 3 15 min
4 NEW CLEANING GOAL clean my closet Day 2 didn't clean anything day 3 cleaned another flower bed
5. measure my food. Measured both days

It was hard to get cardio in today because I really wanted to the the front sidewalks cleaned up so I had to choose either cardio or that and I choose flower bed and out side. I still feel good to get 10 mins in walking to my son's baseball game.

i am being very active though. Much more than before. It feels good I think some has to do with the nice weather.

    I would think that walking and using a blower or broom on the sidewalk would definitely be considered cardio! Good job!

week 3 day 1 results

My Goals:
1. track everything Did even stayed in ranges
2.30 min. of exercise. 20 min cardio 30 min raking
3.15 min. of quiet time. 30 min
4 NEW CLEANING GOAL clean my closet cleaned a flower bed instead. to nice to be inside
5. measure my food. didn't measure all my food but some of it

I was so happy to get 20 min of cardio in. My day was so busy I wasn't sure how or when I would fit it in. My son had a baseball game last night and when I got to the field I was 20 minutes early for I walked up and sown the hill by the school for 20 minutes. It felt so good to get it in and use the resources that I had.

Also when we got home there were donuts I plugged in my point and found it I ate a donut I would be over in my fat. So..... I didn't eat one. It felt so good to turn it down and stay in my ranges.

Over all a great day.

    Good job turning down the donut! They are a major weakness of mine.

Another good job with the exercise. Productive use of your time, there, before the game started. Way to go!

Monday week 3 day 1

My Goals:

5. measure my food.

These are my goals I will let you know how I did tomorrow. My day is going to be really busy so I will really have to plan to fit these in. I can tell your right now that the cleaning one will not get done. I am going to spend the time cleaning out my flower gardens instead. but I guess that is ok since I will still be cleaning.

    Sounds like a great plan ! I understand your 6 week journey.That is a very good idea ! If you put too much on your plate, it gets overwhelming, then you just give up. So good for you for breaking it down into doable goals ! Keep up the great work! emoticon

I think I have confused everyone

3 weeks ago I started a program that will last 6 weeks. It is my goals that I need to improve on. before I did that I had a list of goals that i never did because there was to many and to intense. So someone told me to start with 5 goals and do those goals for 6 weeks. It was good advice so I started working on them. Last week I got the stomach bug so bad it took me out of commission for almost a week. When I said I was counting this week as a loss I meant I was not going to count it as part of my 6 weeks. I did what I could as my health got better during the week. Now I am fully recovered I am ready to start my 3rd week.

A whole bunch of people told me to slow down and do a few goals at a time and then try to get them going better before trying new ones. You are right on track according to that wisdom!

    OOOHH ha ha ha I get it. Thats what happened to me too, on my 6-week plan. When I went to Chicago, it threw my entire week off so I didn't count that week as park of the 6-weeks and got back to it the NEXT week. But I finished my 6 weeks today, well I know you know already because you commented on my blog about it lol

So you are halfway done with your first 6 weeks now, huh. How are you liking that plan. I feel like I'm doing better than ever before!!

Today was weigh in and I lost 1 pound. I lost 4 at the beginning of the week because I was sick. But I knew i would gain some of that back. At least I still lost a pound. it is not the 2 pounds i wanted to lose but I feel really good and motivated to continue to work hard. I am not giving up. I will start in full my 3rd week of goals. I am excited to be back in full and i find myself thinking ahead of what I should eat and how I am going to fit my exercise. i love this feeling.
