Yesterday was nice. My daughter is home from college and we were able to spend the day together. My Dad should be coming home from the Hosp. today. I didn't do much cardio and I was over in my eating but the sin was shining and I felt good.
I plan to mow lawn today and be out in the sun again.
My goals: for yesterday
1. track everything I did track everything and went over
2.10 min. of exercise. I did a 10 min walk
3.15 min. of quiet time 30 mins
4 Spend 20 minutes a day cleaning something nope didn't do that
5. measure my food. yes but still went over
I will try to stay in my ranges today and get some more exercise in.
