This is a new week. Last week was not so good. I was fighting a cold and lost so I was down and out for most of the week. I didn't exercise or eat right. But through it all I only gained 1 pound.... not to bad. I am now feeling a little better and I have gotten my motivation back up. I am ready to begin again. i am aiming for a 2 pound lost this week to make up for the pound gained last week. In order to do that I am tracking my food closely and stepping up the exercise. Well maybe I shouldn't say exercise because my plan is to do my regular amount of exercise but to increase my activity. Wish me luck.
