as the weather has been getting colder I have had to exercise inside. so now I am treadclimbing. It is a big change from walking outside. Boy do I feel different muscles. I also started doing more ST so I feel those muscles even more. Change is good it makes me feel like I'm doing something. That sore feeling.

I am so thankful to be alive. As I sit here and watch the sun come up I realize how good God is in my life and how good my life is. Yes I have struggles and failures but in the big picture I have things pretty good. Thank you God for your love and provisions

This is a new week. Last week was not so good. I was fighting a cold and lost so I was down and out for most of the week. I didn't exercise or eat right. But through it all I only gained 1 pound.... not to bad. I am now feeling a little better and I have gotten my motivation back up. I am ready to begin again. i am aiming for a 2 pound lost this week to make up for the pound gained last week. In order to do that I am tracking my food closely and stepping up the exercise. Well maybe I shouldn't say exercise because my plan is to do my regular amount of exercise but to increase my activity. Wish me luck.

I am understanding some of the reasons why I haven't felt like doing anything. I have been trying to fight a cold and have lost. I have no energy and feel like crap. I guess it is chicken noodle soup and rest.

It is that time of month where I want to eat and sit on the couch and do nothing. To make myself exercise it too over whelming. So that is what I did for 2 days. I had great plans for yesterday but it didn't work. So I will try again today. I know what I have to do but doing it is hard.

    Why don't you find something easy? How about one of sparks 10 minute videos? Try some kick boxing and pretending your punching the day lights out of something that is really irritating you. Works all the time for me...

    Hi - just remind yourself that you are not giving up and forget yesterday. I have done same thing but get a new burst of determination and each time I start out good. Well, we are the ones responsible for ourselves and only we can break the cycle for ourselves.. Good luck to you emoticon

    Lack of motivation may be because any number of excuses, even achance of poor motivational standards and goals. Doubt is always a threat. Lack of faith in what You are doing! Procastination is another. Afraid to make lifestyle changes. These are the ones that rule your life when YOU should be ruling your life. Make a commitment! Then reach out and do it. God Bless YOU!
