I am going to try this new plateau busting program. I am hoping not only will it motivate me even more but my weight will start going down. I think i have been getting lazy and just need the accountability. So excited. Also I have been renewed by God this weekend. I read that untended fires die soon and become a pile of ashes. That goes for all aspects of my life. I am so excited to start tending the fires. I want them to burn bright for my God who saved me.

Wow what a good week have exercised every day so far and boy does it feel good. I wonder why I was in a slump? It feels so good. And what a stress reliever. I also have been doing strength training so muscles feel sore. I was able to go for a walk outside today and the cold fresh air felt so good. Make life better.

    This is great! I've been exercising, too. Must be the endorphins because I feel better for doing it. You're awesome for doing strength btw, that's something I need to kick in gear.

Another good day. I did both strength and cardio today. I am feeling sore. Hope I didn't over do. It just feels good to be back on track. I'm not sure what got me going again but I am glad I am and today at school one of the other teachers said I really looked great. Made my day! So that helped me stay motivated so when I got home I went on the treadmill. Also logged all my food. Was a little high on fat but the other stuff was low. I guess I still haven't figured out that yet.

    I think staying motivated AFTER I leave work is hard. However, once I get started....wow...I just feel so good.!! emoticon

I got up and treadclimbed for 30 mins. I feel great. It is snowing here in upstate NY and so my outside walk is not going to happen. I also have to take me daughter to the airport so she can get back to college in NC. It has been a great week with all the kids home from school but I am also looking forward to getting back to my routine. I did gain this week but not as much as I thought I would. really didn't track my foods of exercise much. But I feel motivated and ready. My goal is to lose 5 pounds by Dec. 31st. Hope I can do it. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

ok another new week

I am getting tired of saying that but it has been very hard to get my motivation back. In my mind I am ready to do it it is the just doing it that I can't seem to get past. I know the tricks and what needs to be done. My goal is to be under 200 by Christmas I can do it if I just get going. So here goes another week. It may help this week because the girls are going back to college so the extra yummy food will be gone and my son needs to lose weight for wrestling. So here is to a new week.

  Take it one step at a time. If motivation isn't working try determination as a substitute. No matter what, just take the 1step and you may find that the rest gets easier.
