so ive put on about 3 pound in the last week and a half from straying off my plan or eating a little to much and being inactive.
i WAS going to do my fast to have more of a cleanse, but i decided that was to hard.
i am going to clean up my low carb plan and start being more active. i lost 16 pounds doing low carb and have more to lose. i can spot my problem... NUTS. i love them. nuts are ok on a low carb plan but you have to watch the carbs. i was not watching how many i ate. i can eat nuts all day they are so tasty and great! healthy too but the carbs got me!
second problem? i got a little lazy. i need some new music on my mp3 player and after im dont doing my christmas shopping ill get some but for now what i have will have to do i never really lose weight unless i workout. i can maintain but not lose.
*the little gain i had came from a birthday breakfast and birthday dinner i went to with my boyfriend for his birthday. even eating healthy i could tast the sugar in my meats.*
whatever though i have still remained positive even with the gain after all 163 is better than 170, or 188, or 253! i still fit in my size 11 juniors jean i recently bought! and my juniors xl shirts too.
so anyways i have yet to reach my goal of 150 pounds. 13 pounds let to go i can do it!
since i have a computer with a correctly working keyboard (LOL) i will be sparking alot more to help keep my motivation. (sparking for 4.5 years now!)
