I haven't blogged for 7 months, and I haven't really been focused on weight loss during that time either. I have continued to track my food, and I have walked a lot. But I haven't done many intense workouts and I haven't curbed my eating, I just tracked it. So today I get back to it! Here are my main goals for each day:

* Overall negative calories
* Walk 10,000 steps
* At least 10 minutes of vigorous exercise
* 8 cups of water a day

One more pound

Only one pound to go until I have lost 50 pounds! I am really excited that I have lost so much, but also a little sad that I didn't start eating healthier and controlling my portions sooner. I spent way too much of my life unhealthy and way overweight. I still have a ways to go, and I have a lot of setbacks and stumbles but I know I am getting to where I want to be. emoticon

I have not really lost a lot of weight lately. A pound here and there, but not like when I first started. I know I have to check my eating and get back on track with that, and I have to exercise more. I track all of my foods and I know that I am not going to gain any weight, I am usually about 100 calories under my target calories for the day. But some days I am 100 over my calorie range. So I know I can maintain but I have a lot to lose still so I am not ready for maintaining yet.

I am going to have to really recommit and buckle down.

    Get back to basics -- we all have to regroup every now and again. You can do it, girl!

Look what you've already accomplished. You've lost 47 pounds so far! That's an awesome achievement! This is just a little bump in the road. Just keep pushing; you'll get through it.

I love that it has a place to click that takes you right to the place to make a blog entry! I also like the motivation/goal area and the extra items in the tracking. It's only been a few days, but I have done 25 push-ups every day just so I can check off the box!
