Today was the 3rd week Biggest Loser Challenge at work and I only went down 1 more pound - that is a total of 5 pounds. I also joined the 2% Challenge for the month through Sparks People. I hope I can start getting this weight off of me!

I hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead!

Cleveland Indians are hosting the Wild Card Playoff game here on Wednesday! Yes! Go Tribe!

Today is our 2nd week weigh-in for the Biggest Loser at work -- I am down a total of 4 pounds!

I have cut back on how much I eat; I try to have just 1 treat a day, which is very hard for me; and I'm exercising!

I'm just trying to stay positive and push myself!

Today was the 1st week weigh-in for our Biggest Loser at work -- we are doing this for 8 weeks and we should lose a total of 8 pounds or more!

I am down 2 pounds! It is a start!

I am trying to cut back on my sweets and junk food (I live on them) - and I'm trying to eat healthier - and I'm trying to exercise for at least 20 minutes - 4 days a week

Well, instead of going down on the scale; I have been going up! A little depressing, but today I decided to join the 8 week biggest loser challenge at work. We must lose a pound a week for a total of 8 pounds. I hope this will jump start me on exercising, eating healthier and seeing the weight go down. This should be a fun friendly challenge with co-workers.

The weigh ins are on Tuesday, so I will probably add a blog a week to keep all up-to-date on my progress.
