STRENGTH STREAK 482

Did 10 minutes WII Fit Free Run est. .6 mile followed by alternating bicep curls and a stretch. Need to run over to the store quick for milk and bread then I'll come home and finish my exercise. We are supposed to get wind and rain from Frankenstorm starting Monday Night. We'll see how bad it gets.
