Day 91

OK this has been a crazy morning. I did my 10 minute bike ride 1.2 miles and then stretched and got ready to go to work. I had to stop at the store on my way in for fruits and veggies. I got to work and all heck broke loose. First my boss has an event going on that only two people knew about and they aren't in until 12:00 when the event starts at 11:00 so maybe they'll be early. Then he had an appointment at 9:00 he was 15 minutes late for because he was getting balloons for the event. Lastly the National Grid guy is here to redirect the lights because we took part in the lighting program to upgrade to more energy efficient lighting. I just finished my deposits and now I need to breathe.

DAY 90

OK SO TODAY IS DAY 90 THOUGH MY 3 MONTH SPARK ANNIVERSARY IS NOT UNTIL THE 10TH. I HAVE MADE MY GOAL WEIGHT AND KEEP BRINGING MY HIP TO WAIST RATIO MORE IN LINE IT IS DOWN TO .78 WHICH A MONTH AGO IT WAS .86 SO I'M DEFINITELY HEADED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. SO THIS MORNING I GOT UP AND WEIGHED AND MEASURED THEN I WENT FOR MY USUAL 10 MINUTE .6 MILE WALK. I NEED TO COME UP WITH A TROUBLE GOAL I AM NOT SURE WHAT MY TROUBLE GOAL IS. I KEEP PROGRESSING AND I'M NOT LOOKING TO RUN A MARATHON OR DO DISTANCE TRAINING. I JUST WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND LOOK LIKE I'M NOT FULL OF CELLULITE WHICH I'M GETTING BETTER. SO THIS WEEK I'LL TRY TO DETERMINE WHAT MY TROUBLE GOAL IS.

    Jennifer congrats on this wonderful accomplishment. Sometimes the obvious isn't really staring us right in the face. Your new goal doesn't even have to be health oriented, perhaps there is something else you are wanting to accomplish..

Day 89

After a 3 hour ride home I ate lunch and started my exercise. The race was just coming on. I did 25 minutes on stairmaster and a stretch then 30 minutes of strength. Race is only 1/2 over Junior is in 8th. I might get back on stairmaster before I have to make dinner.

OK SO TODAY IS LIBBY'S PICNIC BBQ. I MADE MY FRUIT SALAD. I GOT A 5 MINUTE .33 MILE JOG UPHILL 2 WAYS DOWN 1 IT WAS A TRIANGLE SHAPE. THEN I STRETCHED AND DID 10 MINUTES STRENGTH. I WILL BE SWIMMING LATER AS LONG AS THE WATER IS WARM AND IT SHOULD BE. HAVE A GOOD SATURDAY EVERYONE.

Swim a little for me! I searched for my swim suit yesterday and didn't find it! We are going on a trip and I thought I might want to swim at the places we stay.

I AM GOING TO A BBQ TOMORROW. MY GIRLFRIEND LIBBY IS UP FROM GREENSBORO AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HER. I DID A 10 MINUTES 1 MILE JOG THIS MORNING AND 10 MINUTES OF STRENGTH.I MADE MY MILEAGE FOR THE WEEK. I'LL TRY TO DO A LITTLE MORE AT WORK. I WILL HOPEFULLY BE SWIMMING TOMORROW. I NEED TO BURN 100 CALORIES TO MAKE MY GOAL. ITS JUST BEEN AN OFF WEEK WITH THE EXERCISE BUT I'VE STAYED IN MY CALORIE RANGE.
