Did 60 minutes est 3 miles, lying adductions, and a stretch. Have to get a few groceries on my way in to work. The later schedule sure is nice. I am getting up 1/2 hour later and doing more exercise in the morning. staying to cover sales staff dinners until 4:00-4:30

Did 30 minutes est 1.5 miles, lying adductions, , alternating bicep curls, and a stretch. Did not end up bowling last night since I was having foot cramps but did enjoy an evening at the alley.
