Did 10 minutes Stairmaster followed by lying adductions, alternating bicep curls and a few stretches. Will do more tonight. Came home early yesterday a little under the weather. Light headed. I gained 10 pounds in the last year still sticking strickly to my spark I never go over calories but occasionally go over carbs since I'm on Pre Diabetic since it runs in my family though I don't have it. I will monitor it closely and will keep trying to change things up some.
