STRENGTH STREAK 579

Did 5 minutes stairmaster followed by lying adductions alternating bicep curls and a stretch. Then I did 30 minutes est 1 mile. Got the weird thing that happened Wednesday where it is like you are looking through a bubble. Glad I am going to the doctor's later.

    I wonder if it is some kind of migraine. I get ocular migraines sometimes and things don't "look" right. Good luck!

    It is good that you are going to the doc...I did the same thing a while back and found out that I was somewhat vitamin deficient. Now I go back tomorrow to find out if I am better. Good luck!!!
