Did 110 min 4 miles followed by lying adductions, and a stretch.

Since my asthma has been acting up I have been going at a slower pace and split my exercise into groups of 20 - 30 minutes but don't burn as many calories so I lower my calorie range by 100 hopefully this will help me start losing weight again
