DAY 101

I'M SOOOO TIRED AND DON'T FEEL WELL THIS MORNING. I DID DO 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER BEFORE WORK AND WILL FORCE MYSELF TO DO 10 MINUTES OF STRENGTH FOR MY STREAK AND TEAM WHEN I GET HOME BUT NOT MUCH MORE WILL BE DONE TODAY. I WILL BE RUNNING AROUND AT WORK BECAUSE OF THE SALE. I HOPE TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE DAY.

DAY 100 WOOHOO

OK SO TODAY IS DAY 100 OF MY JOURNEY HERE AT SPARK. I DID 9 MINUTES .6 MILE WALK WITH 6 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER. MY ALLERGIES WERE ACTING UP AND I WANTED TO BE NEAR A BOX OF TISSUES. AFTERWARDS A NICE RELAXING STRETCH. I HAVE TO GO TO THE GROCERY STORE ON MY WAY IN TO WORK THIS MORNING WHICH I WILL BE LEAVING FOR SHORTLY. THEN OUR SALE STARTS TODAY SO I WILL BE BUSY. I'LL PROBABLY BE ON THE SALES FLOOR HALF THE DAY. SO HAVE A SPARKY DAY EVERYONE. I'LL CHECK IN IF I CAN OTHER WISE I'LL SEE YOU AT THE END OF THE DAY.

DAY 99

TOMORROW IS DAY 100 FOR ME. I STARTED SLOW BUT HAVE PICKED UP A LITTLE. I DECIDED TO DO MORE STRENGTH THAN CARDIO THIS MORNING. SO I DID 5 MINUTES .6 MILES ON MY BIKE FOLLOWED BY STRETCHING. THEN I DID MY ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS 3 SETS 20 REPS 8 POUNDS. FOLLOWED UP BY LYING ADDUCTION 3 SETS 40 REPS NO WEIGHT, AND BICYCLE CRUNCHES 3 SETS 30 REPS NO WEIGHT. AFTER I GOT TO WORK I GOT MY TRICEP DIPS IN ( THERE ARE BETTER SURFACES TO USE THERE) 3 SET 15 REPS. WHEN I GET HOME SINCE ITS A BEAUTIFUL DAY AND ROBIN IS TAKING THE BOYS TO GET BIKE HELMETS ( THEY ARE GIVING THEM AWAY THROUGH A RADIO STATION AND LAW FIRM IN THE AREA) I WILL GO FOR A LONG WALK INSTEAD OF MY USUAL .3 MILE 10 MINUTE NIGHTLY STROLL.

ITS BEEN DARK OUT THE LAST 2 MORNINGS WHEN I GET OUT OF BED. IT MAKES ME NOT WANT TO GET UP. I DO BUT THEN I AM SLUGGISH AND DON'T GET NEARLY AS MUCH AS I WANT TO IN THE HOUR BEFORE LEAVING FOR WORK. I DID DO 15 MINUTES ON THE STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH. I'LL DO MY TRICEP DIPS AT WORK AND THE REST OF MY STRENGTH TRAINING WHEN I GET HOME. 2 WEEKS FROM THURSDAY MY CLASS STARTS UP AND I WON'T GET HOME UNTIL 9:00. I'M ALREADY EXHAUSTED. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO? THE WEEK AFTER THAT BOWLING STARTS ON TUESDAY NIGHTS AT LEAST THAT IS EXERCISE. I HAVE DONE BOTH CARDIO AND STRENGTH 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR ALMOST 7 WEEKS. MAYBE I'LL HAVE TO GIVE UP MY STREAKS OR COME UP WITH SOME COMPROMISE. WE'LL SEE

SO I DON'T WANT TO GET UP MONDAY MORNINGS. I DID DO A 10 MINUTE .6 MILE WALK WITH A STRETCH. I WILL DO MORE WHEN I GET HOME. I WAS STUCK IN TRAFFIC FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO GET TO WORK BECAUSE THEY WERE CLEANING UP A JACK-KNIFED TRACTOR TRAILER. SO I'M OFF TO A VERY LATE START.
