STRENGTH STREAK 643
Did 60 min 2 mile followed by lying adductions, and a stretch
Decided at 5' 6 1/2" and 140 pounds I am probably where I need to be weight wise but if I change settings I may gain weight back so I'm leaving my tracker on losing weight. If I happen to great but my goal is to get my body into the shape I want.
