DAY 121 - CHANGE OF PLANS

SO AMY AT WORK ASKED ME TO TAKE TODAY OFF( A MONTH AGO) TO DO SOMETHING WITH HER WHILE SHE WAS ON VACATION THIS WEEK. SHE HER FLOOR IS BUCKLING AND HER HUSBAND WANTED HER HOME FOR THE CONTRACTOR. SO I GOT UP SPARKED, HAD BREAKFAST AND DID MY EXERCISE. 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND 30 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. ITS STILL RAINING SO I WASN'T GOING OUTSIDE. IF IT LETS UP MAYBE I'LL GO GET ROBIN AND THE BOYS FOR A WALK. ITS 9:30 NOW I HAVE CLASS AT 6:00 TONIGHT SO I WILL HAVE DINNER OUT AFTER GETTING MY ALLERGY SHOTS AND GO TO SCHOOL. I HAVE 3 CHAPTERS OF READING AND HOMEWORK QUESTIONS THAT WON'T BE ON EITHER TEST SO I'VE DECIDED AFTER MY SHOWER I'LL TRY TO GET AS MUCH OF THAT DONE AS POSSIBLE. WHY NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TIME. I MAY STILL TAKE A LOOK AT SOME NEW CARS AFTER MY ALLERGY SHOTS AND BEFORE DINNER. I NEVER KNOW HOW LONG I'LL HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT WHEN I GET THERE SO I HAVE TO GO A LITTLE EARLY.

DAY 120

I DECIDED I WILL START GETTING UP AT 5:00 EVERY MORNING. THIS MORNING WAS TOUGH THOUGH. WE BOWLED LAST NIGHT ON OUR MIXED LEAGUE. ITS A LONG SEASON WHICH WON'T END UNTIL THE END OF APRIL. WE ARE 20 MINUTES FROM THE LANES. GET HOME FROM WORK AT 4:30 AND HAVE TO HEAT DINNER UP OR COOK SOMETHING QUICK TO EAT. GET THERE AT 5:45 FOR WARM UP AND BOWLING STARTS AT 6:00. OF COURSE WE HAD SOME FIRST NIGHT BUSINESS TO DISCUSS SO WE DIDN'T START UNTIL 6:15 LAST NIGHT. WE HAD TO PLAY AGAINST THE SLOWEST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE AND HAD LANE ISSUES WITH THE RE-RACK. CAN'T BOWL WITH NO PINS. SO i GOT HOME AT 9:00 THEN SPENT ABOUT 10 MINUTES CATCHING UP HERE BEFORE GOING TO BED. OF COURSE I WAS UP FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES BEFORE FINALLY DRIFTING OFF. UP AT 5:00 THIS MORNING THOUGH. DID 25 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND TONIGHT I WILL DO MY STRENGTH TRAINING WHEN I GET HOME. I ALSO NEED TO GET SOME HOUSEWORK DONE. TOMORROW I TOOK A PERSONAL DAY. I HAVE TO GET MY ALLERGY SHOTS, WORK ON SOME STUFF FOR SCHOOL, AND GO CAR LOOKING WITH AMY. I WON'T CALL IT SHOPPING BECAUSE I KNOW I NEED A NEW CAR BUT WILL NOT GET ONE UNTIL SPRING PROBABLY. I WANT TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE IN A SMALL HATCHBACK. I LOVE MY FOCUS. IT GETS GREAT GAS MILEAGE BUT AT 7 1/2 YEARS OLD AND CLOSE TO 120,000 MILES I TRAVEL 30 MILES TO WORK EVERY DAY I NEED IT TO BE DEPENDABLE. BETTER GO I COULD CHAT ALL DAY.

OK SO I WAS UP EARLY. I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL HAVE 2 DEPOSITS OR 8 DEPOSITS TO DO AT WORK AND WE BOWL TONIGHT. SO I DID 15 ON STAIR MASTER WITH A STRETCH AND 10 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I WILL GO TO WORK SOON.

DAY 118

OK SO WE CAME HOME AT 8:00 THIS MORNING SO WE GOT HOME AT 10:15. NICE DRIVE THE ROADS WEREN'T CROWDED. I HAD A BANANA W/ PEANUT BUTTER, FIBER PLUS BAR, AND AN APPLE FOR BREAKFAST ON THE WAY HOME. AFTER GETTING HOME AND UNPACKING I WENT TO SEE IF ROBIN AND THE BOYS WANTED TO GO FOR A WALK BEFORE IT STARTED TO RAIN. YOU COULD SEE IT COMING. THEY WEREN'T DRESSED BUT SAID THEY'D BE OVER IN A LITTLE WHILE. AFTER WE WENT FOR A WALK I GOT ON THE STAIRMASTER AND DID 15 MINUTES THEN STRETCHED WHILE NICK MADE OMELETS FOR LUNCH. THEN I DID 30 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I WILL PROBABLY DO SOME MORE STAIR MASTER LATER BUT WANTED TO FINISH SOME SPARKING. I DID A LITTLE BEFORE WE LEFT AND A LITTLE WHEN I GOT HOME BUT NOW I WILL FINISH.

GOT UP EARLIER THAN YESTERDAY. WENT FOR A WALK. SAME AREA I DID YESTERDAY .75 MILES. YESTERDAY IT TOOK 15 MINUTES TODAY I DID IT IN 10. NOW I'M STRETCHING AND WILL GO GET MY SHOWER SO THAT I CAN DO HOMEWORK.
