CARDIO STREAK 130
STRENGTH STREAK 78

I'M STILL A LITTLE TIRED THIS MORNING EVEN THOUGH I WENT TO BED AT 8:30 AND DIDN'T GET UP UNTIL 6:30 WHICH IS LATE FOR ME. I GOT UP THREW IN A LOAD OF LAUNDRY, TOOK MY ALLERGY MEDICINE AND VITAMINS, AND STARTED WORKING ON MY HOMEWORK. I DECIDED I WAS HUNGRY AND MADE MYSELF 2 BISQUICK HEART HEALTHY PANCAKES BUT SUBSTITUTED FAT FREE CHOCOLATE MILK FOR THE SKIM MILK AND ADDED A BANANA. I PUT A LITTLE PEANUT BUTTER ON TOP INSTEAD OF SYRUP OR JELLY. YOU GUYS KNOW I LOVE THAT COMBINATION AND I HAD BURNED THE PANCAKES A LITTLE. AFTER BREAKFAST I WORKED ON MY HOMEWORK SOME MORE I'M STILL NOT DONE BUT WILL FINISH THAT NEXT.

I TOOK A BREAK TO GET MY EXERCISE IN. I DID 20 MINUTES STRENGTH FOLLOWED BY A 25 MINUTES 1.5 MILE WALK AND A STRETCH. MY MUSCLES DIDN'T FEEL AS TIGHT THIS MORNING AS THEY DID LAST NIGHT. A GOOD NIGHT REST MUST HAVE HELPED.

WE ARE GOING TO HAVE SALAD WITH LEFT OVER CHICKEN FOR DINNER SO NOW I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT LUNCH AND SNACK.

I AM TIRED. BETWEEN WORK, SCHOOL, ALLERGY SHOTS, AND STRESS FROM 2 OUT OF THE 3. I DID PULL OFF 10 MINUTES ON STAIRMASTER, 15 MINUTES STRENGTH AND A STRETCH TO KEEP MY STREAK ALIVE. I WILL EAT DINNER SOON THEN PROBABLY GET OUTSIDE FOR A LITTLE WALK. I WILL NOT DO ANY SCHOOL WORK TONIGHT. I WILL LEAVE IT FOR TOMORROW. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

I WILL POST MY EXERCISE WHEN I GET HOME AND ACTUALLY DO SOME. I DID NOT WANT TO GET OUT OF BED THIS MORNING. THANK GOD TOMORROW IS SATURDAY BECAUSE I'M GETTING SO STRESSED OUT FROM WORK AND SCHOOL. I HAVE TO GET THIS WEEKS HOMEWORK DONE TOMORROW AS WELL AS NEXT WEEKS BECAUSE I'M TAKING NICK TO THE YANKEES GAME NEXT SATURDAY FOR HIS EARLY 50TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT. I'M ALMOST DONE WITH THE HOMEWORK THAT IS DUE AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER AND I'VE GOT MY TOPIC BUT NEED TO START GETTING MY RESEARCH PAPER DONE. AT LEAST THE FIRST DRAFT ISN'T DUE FOR A WHILE. I ALSO HAVE A STACK OF INVOICES I HAVE TO GO MATCH TO PURCHASE ORDERS THEN GET THEM ENTERED INTO THE COMPUTER. WE GOT ABOUT 50 SHIPMENTS IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS BECAUSE WE HAVE TO START GETTING OUR HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE IN ALREADY. I WILL BE BETTER ONCE I'M HOME AND HAVE DONE MY EXERCISE. I WILL POST AGAIN LATER.

SO I DIDN'T WANT TO GET UP THIS MORNING BUT DID. AFTER WALKING TO THE CO-OP LAST NIGHT ONLY BUYING BANANAS AND RAISINS I GOT ON THE COMPUTER. I WAS LOOKING FOR TOPIC REFERENCES. I FOUND SOME THINGS I WILL DISCUSS WITH MY TEACHER BEFORE CLASS TONIGHT.
I DID 15 MINUTES STRENGTH TRAINING AND 20 MINUTES ON STAIRMASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH. I WILL NOT GET ANY OTHER EXERCISE IN JUST WALKING AROUND AT THE STORE AND CAMPUS. PLUS UP AND DOWN STAIRS A FEW TIMES AT WORK AND SCHOOL.
SO AFTER WORK I WILL GET DINNER A SALAD AT PANERA AND THEN GO GET MY ALLERGY SHOTS. I WILL THEN GO TO CAMPUS AND FIND A PARKING SPOT. ITS NOT ALWAYS EASY. I'LL EAT DINNER WHEN I GET TO CAMPUS AND I ALREADY PACKED MY SNACK FOR LATER.

SO I GOT UP EARLY THIS MORNING BUT I WAS SO TIRED THAT I DIDN'T REALLY ACCOMPLISH A LOT. I DID KEEP MY STREAKS GOING WITH 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND 10 MINUTES STRENGTH. I WILL WALK TO THE CO-OP TONIGHT SO THAT WILL BE MY EXERCISE FOR TODAY. MY ARM IS A LITTLE SORE FROM MY FLU SHOT YESTERDAY. I WILL GO SEE IF THAT IS NORMAL IN A LITTLE WHILE. I'M AT WORK I HAD MY OATMEAL WITH BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER BUT CHANGED THINGS UP A LITTLE WITH SOME FAT FREE CHOCOLATE MILK IN IT. I NEEDED EXTRA PROTEIN AND CALCIUM AFTER I FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT I WOULD BE EATING TODAY
BETTER GET BACK TO WORK AND DRINKING MY TEA.
